Hey there!

I became a dietitian because I truly believe nutrition has the power to transform people’s lives. Instead of stacking up medical diagnoses, feeling weaker and sicker with every passing year, we can grab hold of a healthy and full life by feeding ourselves well.

But in our modern world, choosing foods that nourish a healthy body and mind can be complicated. That’s why I am so passionate about this work.

I am fascinated by how food can change the trajectory of our aging, impact mental wellness, and cognitive acuity.

In so many ways, how we relate to our food is a proxy for how we understand ourselves. I am passionate about helping people learn to live beyond the tyranny of the scale, stepping into a life of strength and nourishment.

Whether you have been dieting for years  and know all the things. Or you are just starting your journey toward a mindful engagement with nutrition. It would be my privilege to come alongside you.

My patients are...

  • Healthy adults who want to optimize how they are eating now in order to protect their future health and wellbeing

  • Adults wanting support in managing a medical condition

  • Adults wanting to lose weight to improve their metabolic health and aging risk factors

  • Parents trying to navigate the ever changing dynamics of feeding growing kids

Conditions I work with...

  • Diabetes/Prediabetes

  • High Blood Pressure

  • High Cholesterol

  • Overweight and Obesity

  • Cardiovascular Disease
